For the last several years, many grocery stores have started carrying full stalks of Brussels sprouts. They may look intimidating, but I’m going to show you what to do with it. That said, you can use the same cutting techniques (two different ways included in video) whether you buy a stalk or a bag of fresh Brussels Sprouts.

Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Cook Brussels sprouts in salted boiling water for 3 minutes then plunge into ice water for 2 minutes. Wrap each in raw bacon and thread on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes. Broil on high until the bacon is brown and crispy.
