Taco Potatoes + Thai Turkey Larb Salad + Chicken and Bacon Hash + Chimichurri Chicken Fried Rice
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Turkey (or your preference of ground meat):
Taco Potatoes – Mexican seasoned ground turkey loaded into baked sweet or regular potatoes topped off with all the taco toppings.
Thai Turkey Larb Salad – This has been a favorite for all those who have tried it. It’s a balanced mix of mango, flavorful ground turkey and lots of veggies.
Chicken Breast:
Chicken and Bacon Hash – Shredded chicken and bacon hash with potatoes and veggies, all drizzled with an herby, creamy dressing. Adding a fried egg or two on top never hurts either.
Chimichurri Chicken Fried Rice – This Brazilian take on chicken fried rice is easy and gives you all the vibes of fried rice, but with an herby bright flavor.
