Italian Mushroom SmashBurgers + Garlic Ginger Meatball Sheet Pan Dinner + Italian Pepper Chicken and White Bean Soup + Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Beef (or your preference of ground meat):
Italian Mushroom SmashBurgers and Rosemary Fries – Herbed beef patties with sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella and parm. The Rosemary Fries are sooo good! This could be a great casual NYE dinner.
Garlic Ginger Meatballs and Roasted Broccoli Sheet Pan Dinner – Meatballs flavored with garlic and ginger roasted with broccoli, rice and served with a simple dipping sauce.
Chicken Breast:
Italian Pepper Chicken and White Bean Soup – Cooked Chicken with bell peppers and olives in marinara sauce stuffed in Spaghetti Squash. Serve with your favorite bread.
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes – Mild Buffalo shredded chicken in buttery sweet potatoes served with a Chopped Bacon Ranch side salad.
