What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Meat:
Sesame Ground Turkey and Green Bean Stir Fry – This super quick stir fry is heart and flavor packed. It’s green bean season, so try and find the thinner green beans or use frozen.
Buffalo Joes with Ranch Slaw – Buffalo sauced ground turkey mixture stuffed in a bun with Ranch dressed celery slaw.
Chicken Breast:
Pineapple Chicken Tacos with Easy Salsa Verde – Taqueria style easy green salsa and shredded chicken and pineapple in corn tortillas with cabbage and avocado.
Marinated Italian Chicken Antipasto Salad – Chicken, pepperoni, mozzarella, and all the other usual suspects combined with Romaine, tomatoes and my pantry Italian dressing. Feel free to add your favorite sourdough or gluten free bread on the side.
