Loaded Bacon Cheese Burger Stuffed Potato + Caprese Meatzza + Tandoori Chicken Kebabs with Jasmine Rice + Grilled Chicken and Pear Salad
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Meat (Can sub any other):
Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Potato – Everything you would find in a loaded bacon cheeseburger but stuffed into a potato and topped with lettuce, tomato and special sauce.
Caprese Meatzza – Herbed ground beef formed into a pizza crust. Topped with a light tomato sauce, pesto and mozzarella. Serve with a mound of arugula dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Chicken Breast:
Tandoori Chicken Kebabs With Jasmine Rice – Classic flavors of curry and yogurt marinated chicken grilled with veggies to serve over rice.
Grilled Chicken and Pear Salad– Leftover Tandoori chicken tossed with crunchy pear slices, pecans and mixed greens dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.
