Mediterranean Ground Turkey Bowl + Loaded Taco Fries + BBQ Chicken Sandwiches + Summer Market Chicken Salad
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Meat of your choice:
Mediterranean Ground Turkey Bowl - Ground turkey with roasted squash, marinated cherry tomatoes and feta over a bed of hummus.
Loaded Taco Fries - Taco spiced ground turkey over oven fries loaded with lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese and sour cream.
Chicken Breast:
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches – Pulled BBQ and Tangy Carolina style coleslaw with Dill pickles. For low carb or Paleo, make it into a bowl and add pickled onions or dill pickle slices.
Summer Market Chicken Salad– Creamy shredded chicken salad with tons of summer veggies over mixed greens with a refreshing sweet lime dressing. For kids serve everything separate
