Mexican Beef and Rice Stuffed Peppers + Smashburgers and Air Fryer Home Fries + Southwestern Grilled Chicken Tacos + Restaurant Style Grilled Chicken Caesar
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Meat of your choice:
Mexican Beef and Rice Stuffed Peppers – Taco seasoned beef mixed with rice and veggies and stuffed into either poblano peppers or red peppers.
Smashburgers and Home Fries – It’s more about the technique (and I’ll walk you through it) but the crispy edges make these burgers. We’re going with classic cheeseburgers here.
Chicken Breast:
Southwestern Chicken Tacos – Southwestern spice rubbed grilled chicken on tortillas with avocado, cabbage and mango pico de gallo.
Restaurant Style Grilled Chicken Caesar – The classic with grilled chicken, easy Caesar dressing, homemade croutons, shaved parmesan (regular or VioLife for dairy free)
