What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Meat of your choice:
Feta Burgers with Greek Salad – Burgers filled with feta and Greek spices. Served with traditional Greek Salad and topped with Tzaziki sauce.
Italian Beef and Pesto Rice Skillet – Jasmine rice combined with pesto topped with Italian herb flavored ground beef and veggies.
Chicken Breast:
Stacked Chicken Enchiladas with Cilantro Lime Slaw – Chicken and cheese layered between tortillas with Sour Cream Sauce (dairy free version included)
Chicken Berry Salad – Cubed chicken salad with blueberries and pecans over spinach and romaine salad. (Might want to make double for easy lunches!)
