Basil Burger Caprese Stacks + Tex Mex Burrito Bowl + Jalapeno Popper Chicken Salad Wraps + Thai Basil Fried Rice
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Beef (or your preference of ground meat):
Basil Burger Stacks – Burgers stacked with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and pesto on ciabatta rolls. Keep it simple by serving these burgers with your favorite potato chips. Look for those fried in avocado oil for the healthiest option.
Tex Mex Burrito Bowl– Taco spiced ground beef, pinto beans, cheese, fresh salsa, and lettuce layered over cilantro lime rice.
Chicken Breast:
Jalapeno Popper Chicken Salad Wraps – All the goodness you find in a jalapeno popper made into a creamy chicken salad. Served over spinach, cucumber and tomato salad
Thai Basil Fried Rice – Cubed chicken and lots of veggies folded into either cauliflower or jasmine rice with all the familiar Asian flavors and a ton of basil for a distinctly Thai flavor.
