Asian Lettuce Wraps with Quick Pickled Cucumbers + Chile Bacon Burgers and Oven Fried Zucchini + Sesame Noodles with Chicken + BBQ Chicken Salad
What’s For Dinner This Week
Ground Turkey or Chicken (your choice):
Asian Lettuce Wraps– As close to PF Chang’s lettuce wraps as possible. The optional toppings make them even more flavorful so use as many as you like.
Chile Bacon Burgers and Oven Fried Zucchini – Turkey or Chicken Burgers with bacon and green chiles cooked right in. My Healthier Chick Fil A and oven fried zucchini is yummy and lower carb, but feel free to sub sweet potato or russet fries instead.
Chicken Breast:
Sesame Noodles with Chicken – One of my kids favorites when they were little. The noodles can be served room temperature or cold so they are great for leftover lunches.
BBQ Chicken Salad – BBQ seasoned and sauced chicken with corn salsa, romaine, tomatoes and ranch.
